I think it might be prudent to wait until Guy Fawkes day, simply for poetic justice?
yes, the day we can play with sparklers provided we wear safety goggles and gloves, BUT it is also the day that "the people" will celebrate with or without govt. recognition, as it is there to remind us the govt. isn't "them", it's us, and we should have a say in what we do about us
