For interest I wondered what the Australian's pay for their medical cover, called Medicare.

Don't forget to enter the amounts in Australian dollars. The NZ/AU exchange rate is about 0.8 at the moment. So multiple your income by 0.8 to get to $AU, and when you get the answer, divide it by 0.8 to get back to $NZD.
My bill would be about $AU750 for a year, or NZD$937
