Long and short of it, i seem to have had a mild stroke. cant use te right arm. bastard cant even play guitar os make a cuppa. screwed

Mild strokes can be 'worked' out of yes? ...physio and exercise etc?

That is a total bugger ... but keep working at it .. its amazing what the body can do to learn to compensate for losses ...

That sucks, but life is what you make of it and we only have one chance at it, As Maha said, lots of physio and hard work, anything is possable

+1 I'm sure that appropriate rehab etc. will see you playing guitar and riding bikes again. I'm no doctor, but I think that the guitar could even be taken as part of rehab in the later stages. Best of luck to you.

Sorry to hear that. If you are determined, anything is possible, including a return to full function. And if not, there are ways to adapt (including making changes to your bike).

I hope you've received medical treatment, elliot-ness? Strokes can often occur in 'clusters'.
