So who's going down? Looks like it could be a good ride..

The last round was good, too bad that they were running an hour behind schedule for the Expert race. Hopefully the round coming up will be on time. 3 hours there and 3 back is a long way at 6pm haha.

Apparently it's on a deer farm? Maybe like Leighton's? Who knows..

Gonna try and better my 16th overall!

The weather's looking good! Can't wait.

Will be getting there about 1pm - lets hope Greg's on time; it's a long drive home back up to the big smoke.

Anyone else going? What class are ya riding?

Nice vid mate, looked like a good track. Some tight bits on the other vid.

Doing quite well too, might get a hat for your age group!

What about the others???? Van, Vazza, chia etc? nothing to say?????

What a shocker of a day, I managed a good start - rounding the first corner in 4th and then it just got worse. Suspension was too stiff, kicking me around the place, crashing, washing out, clipping trees and eventually a big crash made me pull out. Lucky to escape injury and I pulled out cause I just didn't wanna risk it anymore. Finshed 9th in class, disappointing after a 2nd in class and 3rd Expert overall at Matata but never the less, I'll be back.

Definately the highlight was the endurocross section by the pits, tractor tyres and logs. Good fun. I think that bit of the track is what I looked forward to the most! Didn't see many of the clubman doing the endurocross section, it wasn't as hard as it looked to be honest. Definately a cool feature to the race.

On another note, I went to a Thames Valley clubday today, just at their track at Rhodes Park in Thames - a nice flowing, flat, natural terrain motocross track. If you have not been there before I would suggest it. Lester Yates and his team run a well organised day, nice and low key with a fun track all classes under the sun, including quads. If you want to give the next round a go, keep an eye on www.silver-bullet.co.nz. Details are usually up the week before the race.

Had a good day, the rookie track was open and fast. 5th overall and 2nd in class. The endurocross section at the end for the senior races was awesome fun to watch I hope they have that at the future rounds...!

Got heaps of you I think van. Sorry I didnt get to you about the handguards, forgot about them!

Yeh about my race, just about finished the first lap and I clipped my leg which was hell painful. Decided to pull out and wait a couple more months before I ride again hahah! I'm to desperate to race!!

Was coming 10th overall in Clubman.. But yeh. Ended up taking heaps of photos and had a great time. :)

On my 4th lap I had a huge one, tweaked my already soar hip so I too pulled out and just watched the Endurocross section that they had there. Wasn't really enjoying the track anyway.

About the handguards, they've already gone haha so no problem!
