Hey all,

I have a '91 zxr250 and am just wondering wether these exhausts are readily avail or will i have to go offshore, have searched the site and found some older threads but nothing pointing to a specific shop/place. Is my bike that old?!? Anyways, anyone that can kick/point me in the right direction go ahead!!!

Just another thought, can I approach pitstop etc to jimmy me up something as an alternative?

Cheeeahh boi!

Hey man, I got a full 1 peice lightweight aluminium set of extrators and end can. I am not sure if I want to part with it though.. its actually just hanging in my mentors man cave at the mo. You cant really find them anymore.. most of them would have come off bikes from japan that would have been binned ..:(the brand is DIC and they made some similar setups for smaller 4 bangers of the same erra. Pit stop does stock a range of cans but you could almost put any generic muffler on it you wanted. Maybe even a can off zx6... drill the lobes out and waaalllaaaarr! I think its kinda pointless other than the fact you would be cutting down on weight dude. Its a bit spendy just to make something sound louder.;)
I have a white power steering damper sitting around too hmmmm...

call custom chambers - a full system is cheaper than a muffler in a bike shop

I have an exhaust you can use to do it - it's a beat up scorpion exhaust.

Need's a resleeve, but you can have it for $50. The end caps are all good, just the stainless steel outer sleeve is grazed and dented. It has the Suzuki 4-bolt mounting pattern in the bottom end cap, so you'd need to get a bracket made up (pretty cheap) and weld that to your current headers.

My mate did the same on his ZXR250C with a ZX7R exhaust canister.

Weight reduction is not really part of my gain in upgrading, more so being heard when I'm approaching seeing as we're invisible and all:( Am interested in the extractors etc so yeah feel free to let me know when you wanna let it go ;)

Sweet as dude! I'll see if my cuz is interested in this, would it make it difference to his current system at the moment though? Will let him know anyways, Churrr bo!

It'll breathe A LOT better, so would need re-jetting. But then it should go a bit better (a bit more power up high), and sound a lot meaner! :2guns:
