2mtr wide vinyl $40mtr,3 mtr wide $65mtr,that;ll be cheap and stock rolls, maybe get a remnant but usually not that big, maybe 2mtx2mtr.Laying from $50-75mtr depending on width of vinyl. Then floor prep,DON'T do it yaself, lino is solid vinyl,i.e pattern/colour goes right through the thickness, vinyl has pattern on top, then a paper backing when scraped, and if it's 30 yrs old it will probably have asbestos in it,which creates fun.Depends how the 10sq mtr is,if 3.5x3mtr go for 3mtr wide no joins,if it is 4mx2.5mt shape use 2mtr or 3 mtr.
