Uploading videos to Kiwi Biker?

Could someone please help me and tell me how to put a video on this site.I videoed last years 2008 Bronz Toy Ride and would like to show it.

If you have it on u tube you can just copy the embed option and paste it right into the reply box. There will be plenty of boffins along shortly to tell you how to do it with B&W super8 and confuse the hell out of you! I only know the u tube option!
