oh well, time to chase the $205 owed to me.

and then i'll post her the broken bracket, (after I get he money) with a note to keep her eyes open. :)

Good on you! Make sure you have a proper reciept for the part (so she knows you didn't pluck the price out of mid-air).

a car backed into my bike, while I was parked on the side of the road.
I had no back brakes for a while. now it's all fixed up.
[edit:] forgot to say, they had no insurance.
