the point was lost in another thread.
to everyone out there no matter where you are riding, take care and stay safe. it's not a race, speed limits are there for a reason and none of us wants to hear of fatalities of other riders.
Think before you put your helmet on as your actions can affect more people out there than yourself and your family.
i hope everyone has a great summer out on the roads. :woohoo:

Nice sentiments indeed. Self-interest rather than genuine concern for the well-being of others: "Don't fall off in case you fuck up my reputation"?

I believe it is genuine concern for others as well as not wanting the few to fuck it up for the rest of us.

Don't ride safe. Be reckless. Ride fast, hard and cut off as many people as you can. Leave you gear at home, it will only slow you down. Oh and don't forget - wheelies are big AND clever.

This is a new dawn in NZ Motorcycling!
The new ACC levies mean that the system is geared up for us to ride wrecklessly and cause accidents.
If we drink loads of booze or take drugs first, this should reduce the pain.
Visting times are between 2pm and 8pm.

Good post, Jimmy, but I'm afraid you're worngA.
It is in fact a race (or more correctly a series of races, a.k.a The Wacky Races). Look around when you're riding driving, and you'll soon see that I'm right. You'll also start to identify some of the weird cartoon characters taking part.

Very true.
I always find that a good smattering of obscene language helps to lift my posts out of the soppy category.
