Chop paid yer? I'd have done it for free just to bask in his god-like aura*

*I'm sure a few of his used tyres would have ended up coming home with me though

What sort of lap times were you guys doing? I realise they'll be a way off the potential lap times once the track is totally finished (corner markings and so on) but it would be interesting to know what your doing now for comparison later on when the track isn't so 'green'

I know what you mean regarding the bike & gear hire (and the excess if you bin them...) :gob:

Faark! You guys should try the UK - TD at Brands Hatch Indy is ~$350 and that is with the shithouse exchange rate! 6 months ago it would have been over $400

The green track thing hasn't been a problem at all. Very different surface to when Taupo was new. It is very grippy. Still, behave yourselves out there until it is very familiar.

Fun circuit. Got some very cool features and the surface is divine.

Any Guzzis get out on the track yet, I'm out there on Sat and wondering if I should take a nice cool one to mark the occasion:blink: instead of 'the one that dosen't matter'
