That Norton thing cracked me up-I just looked up the horsepower - around 50bhp... vs... the gsxr piloted by DigDave. :chase:

I reckon that one's running a bit more than 50 ponies. :sweatdrop
I wasn't making much headway on it on the straights either!

I flew over the track about 11am - 10 or so bikes on the track - looked fantastic coming off the bottom sweeper into the climb along the front straight - obviously a gixxer - could tell by the acceleration :)

That'd give both bikes about the same power-to-weight ratio, wouldn't it?
Your video just gave me a hard-on.

:woohoo:
what`s hard to see from the onboards is how banked turn 5 is - Im thinking pet names could include "the sink-hole" its a tight turn with a HUGE cambre -and is sooooo tasty...
when are you doing your trackday? :woohoo:

:wari: Brilliant thanks for that.

Cool, cause the audio in the clip was kind of arthouse - dreamy but didn't quite match the action.

My job was to edit the sound but we had backwards compatibility issues with Final Cut Pro from Chic's to my machines.
So I called it the 'raw sound' edit.

You are in the wrong island for this mental mental cool track - but... you're in the right island for solo mountain missions on wicked uncrowded roads!!:sunny:
oh and also - the to everyone that's getting their head around turn one -even the designer said even he is taking a bit of time over getting the lines right through there... we just didn't have enough time to cut it in or it would be half an hour long...!

Mmm, wana give us a report back? More specifically technical about the track - aka, the inside line off the main straight was just as fast as the outside line :innocent: Time for a blog entry!
