Hi,

Doing some number crunching and decided to have a crack with some of the points made on Saturday.

Working to the idea that multiple vehicle owners will either only register for part of the year, say only the summer months, (halving the levy received), or only register one vehicle at a time (reducing levy by x).

It's the "x" that I want to get a feel for.

I have two bikes.
One is a 1000 and the other is a 250.
Wonder if the rozzers would notice if I had the 250's plate and rego on the 1000:sherlock:...

Um, think I have 14 at present.
Mixture of New and old, Brit, Euro and Jappa-knees.
Luckily, due to my predilection for 'improving' things, many of them are in bits spread out around the shed and in no danger of costing me rego in the near future...

I cut down from 3 to 1 road bike last year,a good move at the time I thought.Down to 2 cars now too - maybe I should put the sidecar on the bike and get rid of the Pajero....I only use it once a week, and to cart stuff if needed.Diesel rego is bloody expensive too.

I have always had several but ... Soon after I arrived I was up to four then I discovered the dreaded rego rubbish. Now, I just have one.
Overseas, in the UK, in Asia, they don't have this rego garbage - the plate stays with the bike for life.

Anyway,I like fixing stuff and so now I have one bike and several outboard motors to play with - ya gotta play.

Also have a couple of cars ...
