Wow, I had neally forgotten how much fun riding bikes fast ish is! I had a ball doing a race in the F2 class at taupo yesterday, Poor keelim had to listen to me dribble on all the way back to New Plymouth, poor bugger. I was actually going to do all the races I could yesterday, but after my first race start and finish of 2nd place, I started thinking as I once did about how and where to go faster, and realsied the old Shaun was trying to get back out there, so I decided to load my bike up, and give myself a bit more time to get fitter and stronger again, in case I need to be able to deal with hitting the ground hard again, it can happen! So I buggered off and got myself an awsome Japanese lunch pack.
The bike has only got a TTX in the rear and Ohlin;s damper, and CKY modified STD forks, they were brilliant, next time out we might go to a faster spec set up, as my lap times were not to bad. I was really using the day as a test day for the bike/suspension, and to put more miles on the motor I am building up for the NZ Champs for a little man like me, ha ha, FREE HP!!!!
Pirelli sc1 Front and SC2 Rear were absolutely brilliant to ride/race on again.
Big thanks to all the sponsors ME ME ME:scooter: OHLIN"S RACE TECH PIRELLI

Cheers mate! It kind of looks like I have not forgotten how to ride at least, be very interesting next time I get to race again, I have been doing serious fitness training for once in my life! and might even ride the full spec bike next time, instead of the standard motor job
Thanks to Pirelli and Ohlin's and Race Tech.

Funny you say that cause I really struggled with fitness at this round! Track 2 is a killer when your pushing hard! Last race which I haven't put up yet you will see my lines went to shit and I had a couple of "woopsy" moments!
