Saw some old bastard this morning waiting to turn out of a side street onto Kahikatea Drive...without a helmet on his head! And no other protective gear neither!

Bloody mobility scooter riders - oughta be shot, the lot of 'em...:angry2::mad::ar15:

Bet they don't pay ACC levies either!
