Who ELSE is going to the Milan Bike Show this month....

Just wondering if anyone ELSE is off to the Milan Bike show this month where the new models are unveilled....and the bikes lol.

Sorry, I canna' resist sharing a very fortunate forthcoming week....

.....for many years a Bike Dealer Mate has being winging his way to Italy to meet his Suppliers, enjoying the Bike Show - having a great break combining business with leisure and for many years I've drooled about joining him.

The short version: Being based in Bahrain at the mo equals a 'to die for' airfare, plus an 'outta the box' online hotel deal combined with a very motivating Wife (Shes a keeper!) creating the reality of a week in Milan starting this Monday.

Next bonus was a free 6 day Trade pass to the show, (the 1st 2 days exclude the public) - then I stumbled across the fact that the All Blacks are playing there next weekend.

A quick e-mail indicated "Its an 80,000 strong sellout crowd" but a further inquiry to the RFU revealed a ticket was there for me, so long as I popped in to "X" Hotel and picked it up off Alan Hewson - BUMMER!

Oh well, Go with the flow Pete......

1. Eicma takes place from 12 to 15 November, at the trade fair district of Fiera Milano Rhò, with opening hours from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., every day except Friday 13 November, when the show stays open until 10.00 p.m.

The show is open for the trade, including International VIP's (Including Moi) from the 10th sans public....

Well I'm back in Bahrain from Milan and what a fantastic week it was! The bike show was fantastic and the All Blacks game - tho a messy game, - was an awesome day all the same. Just a quick post before shooting out the door to watch todays AB game...

It's a Custom bike by C R & S - Cafe Racers and Superbikes - this one looks like its based on an S & S donk. A Milan based company.
