Couldn't be arsed listening to him in faux apology mode tbh - what's the clanger? He's going to remove the legal protections in the way of privatising our water supply?

At the very end he confirms that cabinet has approved the 'partnership' between councils and private enterprise. I can't help wondering if this is what he meant a few days back when Hide said ‘that he could get anything through Cabinet because they are too busy with their own stuff.’
