Rusty Nuts M/c are putting on another shorter run to encourage newer riders to find out the delights of open road riding. You may even catch the long distance riding bug and join in on some of our bigger events.
This run is open to all, and learner , restricted riders are welcome, also suitable for larger scooters. Every one rides at their own pace of in groups with their friends or club mates.
SUNDAY 6th December 2009
Starts 9.30 Team Motor Group This building was blue now painted grey with TMG on the front Broadway Newmarket.
This is Auckland s newest bike and scooter shop.
The run covers 250km of sealed roads (unless there are roadworks)
THere is an entry fee of $25 per rider $15 for pillions, which covers the refreshments at the end and the unique run badge.
All you need is a tank of gas and the need to " Get your motor running, get out on the highway".
THis event is run every 10 years to commemorate the great biker movie EASY RIDER which was released in 1969. This year is the 40th anniversary.
The next running will be in 2019, dont wait, the powers that be might have taxed us all off the road by then,
