I decided to open a thread in which we can show our gratitude for the 'sponsors' we have gained to date

This 1st post is to point out, that we could not have achieved this without support from many sources

The New Zealand Police especially Inspectors Peter McKay and Peter Baird, opertaions managers (and really top cops too)

I will edit this post to add the primary names of the support orgs, and am opening and reserving the next 3 posts to edit as full on plugs for these firms and organisations that have actually reached into their pockets for us

All good, Seeing as I am going to invoice several people and am heavily discounting I will flag the hire agreement for this one, I'll just need to make sure I have everyone's postal addresses and the contact name and phone number for on the day for when our driver arrives.

As for the clean up - my friend who forwarded me the email about looking for toilets for the rally, I've suggested to her that her contribution for the rally is cleaning our unit back at our yard :-) so I think I've got it covered.

I don't normally supply to events like this with such heavy discounts but have decided to do it for this event for several reasons, the first being that it is my best friend who approached me so is nice to be able to help out, secondly would be that I think the proposed levy hikes are a joke and I guess finally, the exposure to another group of event holders (i.e - bikers) sways in our favor. And it helps being on a Tuesday, we don't do alot of mid-week jobs so we had trailers available.

For your reference - a trailer like the one I'm supplying is normally around $1800 + GST including hireage/labour/delivery so you guys are getting a pretty good deal.

Anyways, if you can get the billing and contact details to me tomorrow it would be great. I'm away on Holiday when the actual Rally takes place so any queries after Thursday this week please contact my account Manager - (REMOVED) or she will be checking my emails.

Thanks for the plug Brent, am happy to be able to help out.
For everyones reference though, Spik n Span do also supply smaller flushing toilet trailers for events of 100 - 500 people.
