I was thinking a couple of days ago, in what other industry in the world, would you get away with flagging off a company paid overseas meeting, and taking your missus at the companys expense somewhere else altogether, (because she has been your partner while you've been working for the company so you decide she deserves it TUI)
Then to top it all off, write a racist email which gets released to the press when one of your co-workers hits you up about it.....putting your company in a seriously bad light with the media.

Who of you on here would still be employed after this? Never mind the fact you have done this all before....... the year before (or whenever that auz thing happened)

Seriously, could any of you get away with it?

My parents would fire me for less.

You are right, but for one thing. Politics is not a job. It is a calling. And people like you (well, not really, but you know what I mean) put a person in the position. Unless those people say otherwise at the next election...the elected person usually stays right where they are.

Better policy than racist bullshit over who owns the fucking seabed thats for sure

(Actually I have been asked outright if I have cnsidered politics...and after seeing Hone get away with his BS and still getting 140k a year I think I bloody well might)
