Wot she said.......

It was good to ride something different from Woodhill for me, I'd forgotten what open spaces looked like, anyway I staggered around 3 times and buggered off just as the rain started, got a little slippery then didn't it!

I would have liked a bit more A track but it was a great mix of up, down, wet, dry etc and a great effort by the locals and organisers, thanks everyone!

I only saw two getting carted off in the ambos, so that should keep the ACC costs down......:msn-wink:

Was a neat ride, better than I thought it'd be. Looked like they went to quite a lot of effort putting some good bits in. Liked the sections through the gorse but favourite was that long native bush bit. That drizzle really slicked things up! I guessed about 500 riders but lady said 700, good turn out.

Wazzat you with the helmet cam on top of your helmet JT, black/white riding gear?

I agree Chia (damn those red tyres stand out , cool ) Awesome ride today ... wickedly fast uphills and downhills ... nice bush section ... even mud to roost mates in ... superb ,A sections wicked ... even the rain made for good riding , our virginal trail riding mate was stoked ( wearing PINK FAIRY wings " initiation prank") he's hooked , also a big HATS OFF to our support crew (BBQ cooks) Kim , Zal , Erena and Steve(greenmachine) for the hell feed ...
