Just wondering about this as I have been commuting in my shirt since it arrived on Tuesday and have certainly adapted my riding style since then.....
Any thoughts?

Nope, still nana it on my daily commute. Getting used to the 'good on ya mate' I've heard a few times, though.

must admit...I've had a few toots of support etc....
Just to clarify, I'm not a complete hooligan! hope AJ doesn't see this! In saying that, I certainly think twice when wearing the shirt before considering certain overtaking manoeuvres or splitting....food for thought.

I still ride like a nana, but I'm more concious of what other people make of my riding since this ACC thing blew up.

What size ya have? PM me if u want..
I wore mine to town today and DEFINITELY got some looks. Was in the post shop sending a parcel to Timaru and on my way back out a lady asked me where i got the top from.. And then she askes me if i was going on the ride on tuesday.. I forgot to ask her if she was a biker tho >.<
Also saw a biker at the Local BP filling up.. Almost felt like giving him my top to wear over his jacket.. But thought better as i might blind the Poor bastard with the bourbon gut and Whiteness..

the ride i did today was literally a 5 min ride, there and back! LOL. dont really have time to take tshirts etc off... takes me long enough to get the jackets off as it is.
HB, got a 3xl to go over the top of the gear. had i had more $$$ i would have ordered a smaller one for daily wear.

Just imagine having your ACC tee shirt on under your jacket and having an off...The ambos who are funded by ACC scrape you up off the tarmac and cart you off to A & E where the doctors who are funded by ACC cut off your expensive leather jacket to reveal you flicking your middle finger at ACC....
I would ride a little more cautious....

I wish my work was that supportive. I'm sure my boss would like to rescind my leave on the 17th. Not going to happen though!
Just had a workmate return to work after 10 weeks on ACC due to breaking his wrist on his dirt bike. He traded his bike for something with more grunt and took another workmate riding the other night. That workmate had a big off at the beach and ended up with a compound fracture in his hand. We won't be seeing him till sometime in the New Year and the boss ain't happy:angry2:
I guess that'll be another couple of dirt bike stats added to us:crybaby:

I wore mine home from work yesterday and got lots of toots.(I'm sure it was the shirt and not my lane splitting!).
Casual wear day at work today so I'm going to wear it.It will be interesting to see what reaction I get walking around Welly at lunchtime.

Still a fully paid up member of the cardy wearing nana group...but I have been the only one selected by a cop out of a line of 13 vehicles!
I'm sure it must have been the shirt.....

It looks WAY better when the shirt is stretched around the huge compound curve of a beer belly and with about 2 inches of white hairy belly showing between the hem and the top of the pants.
