I found these guys really unprofessional and expensive. My gf wanted to get my bike back on the road for my birthday. There were problems from the beginning. They were really vague about details and pick up times and prices. When they finally came to pick up the bike they told her that it would cost $30 pickup and drop off.Not bad for a 5min drive and 5mim pickup time. Anyway they took ages to come back with their assessment of the bike and only after she had sent several emails and phone calls asking about what was happening with the bike. In the end the report never actually outlined what was wrong with the bike only vague prices about parts and “rough est” on man hours. In the end we decided that their over $1000 est to get bike up to WOF was excessive. And decided to just pay the $120 for the so call assessment. Since then I’ve been elsewhere and almost been quoted for ˝ that. To top it all off they are charging us another 30 to get it dropped off and the kicker is I have to come down and help the guy wheel it up because hes too weak to do it himself.

This is the second Thread tonight that is several years old, that you have dredged up just to take the chance to badmouth someone,. stop being a fucking childish little bitch.
If you have a problem with MCR, go in, and actually talk to them. Rick is who you wanna ask for. A very reasonable, kind man, who really loves bikes, and likes to see guys on the road, Ive never had a problem, and I constantly recommend them, I use them almost exclusively now. I am always addressed on a first name basis, and made to feel welcome by staff who know my name, my bike, and even my wifes name (who doesnt even ride) off by heart.
Instead of thread dredging just to have a bitch, grow a pair of balls, and go in and talk to the team there, If you were to go in for a friendly chat, Id be a bit surpised if you didnt come out smiling.
two sides to every story bud.
