Flasher unit

This should be a super quick question for someone who knows.

Indicators working perfectly, but not flashing (ie they just stay on), Narva electronic flasher unit. If I pull the flasher unit out of the circuit it makes no difference, the lights stay on.

Is the flasher unit stuffed? Or do I need to hunt elsewhere in the wiring?

This is what happened on the GN when the flasher packed a sad, plus it was very hot when indicators left on for a while.
