Had a bike jacked up to buy three months ago and got made redundant the day before I was to pick the bike up - no hassles they understood and while they could have done a number of things dealt with it and gave me no grief.

Well walked in today out of the blue and brought a bike from them - from the same person who I let down three months ago - why because they understand what service is about, and as a customer never forgot the great service I got three months ago when I was looking at a bike.
Got the same service today and in 1 Hour was all done.

So TSS - thank you.

Nice story and outcome,but you should've taken consumer protection on purchase,that way they cover for serious illness,injury and redundancy,be a laugh to ask for the forms a day or so after buying the bike,wonder if they'd pay out lol.
