FROSTY

Just a heads up for those of you with LT or JR50's
I've been having all sorts of hassles with the ones we have had.You can set em up bang on perfect with a smooth consistant idle. give em to the kids and 10 minutes later no idle. They go flat off of idle too.
Get em back to the workshop and do the whole fuel, plug, idle screw thing and then adjust the mixture and bingo she's all goood to go--for another 10-20 minutes.
Finally we've found the cause. The viabrations from being ridden has been slowly winding the mixture screws inwards.
So a touch of low strenth threadlocker on the mixture screw thread and no more problems.
Only applicable to bikes that have done a few miles
