I wandered past Hampton Downs with the family yesterday and it seems that ol' (used to be a)Gsxr racer is finally getting serious about his racing.
Pit crewing for him I noticed a previous national champion and probably the best engine builder/race mechanic in the country.
Add his regular dynamic crew to the mix and you've got a pretty strong team right there.
If the Honda lasts the championship we may even see a contender..........

Sorry dude, but when it comes to Top Speed, The Suzuki STILL has it! Craig is really going to have to earn it, I know he can, and his bike is handling brilliant thanks to his hard work test riding through the winter series andd CKT, but HP is HP, and the bike MR Stroud rides, HAS IT!

Yes, Craig was putting in the laps and you could see he was very smooth round the main straight and down through turn 1. Held the corner speed well too.

You shouldnt put 2 and 2 together and make 5. The engine builder you refer to is not THE engine builder for that bike, he was just hanging out with us, because we are all good friends. Heck Jimmy youd make a good writer for a womens magazine, always rife with unsubstantiated speculation. ( I dont read womens magazines! )

Dear Mr Taylor,
This situation reminds me of a certain rear shock with a couple of little wires attached to it at the last round of Nationals this year. You're not the only one partial to a bit of rumourmongering chum :D

BAck to sleep.
And wasnt the effect devastating, we found out a LOT about people on that weekend. There were more visitors to Sams pit than at all the other rounds combined!!
It abundantly proved how anti progress a number of people are. It was a huge giggle, to say the least.

Didn't notice a snorkel on that much updated over winter machine of yours on Saturday Mr Williams :D
The traction control rule's a good piece of controversial legislation for my mind. If you're gonna ban it (and there's now road bikes with the option as we all know), then how do you justify ABS brakes being allowed I wonder? Anti-lock has come a long way on bikes in a considerably short period, I'm sure it wont be long before it can out perform all but the Valentinos of the world.
