Computers for free

Seem to remember someone on KB doing computers for charities and stuff like that. Well there's a fair share of computers, cables & monitors in my shed. Some working, some not. Mostly early Pentium 4's, athlons, 40GB HDD, DVD combo drives, that sortof thing. Not good enough that I can put a warranty on and sell and I've just not got the time to format them, reinstall etc.

Free to first person who picks them up. If there's not gone by next Sunday then they're going to the tip. Whoever wants them must take the whole lot.

Almost certainly Quasi. There's about 3 running suse linux (Win 2000 COA's that I couldn't be farked reinstalling) and the rest run XP home/pro. If he can be arsed swapping drives, processors, video cards and motherboards there's probably a couple of good systems in there. I just don't have the time to sit and test them all. I can throw in some XP and/or win 2000 CD's too. There'll probably be another 3 PC's by the end of the week.

Repeat...you've gotta take the whole lot though. He could rape what he wants from it and biff the rest on trademe. Shitload of disks and cables as well.

Surprised nobody else interested. I guess the students and the workshy just can't be bothered getting off their arses.

Grab ALL of my junk before Sunday afternoon and that's all good. The Recycling Centre is about 400m away if you want to pick and choose but so long as its all out my garage.

80% sure there's a 3400+ in there but READ THE TOP MESSAGE. This is going to tip on Sunday if nobody wants it. I'M NOT SPLITTING. I'm a sad sack still fixing 5 customer PC's at 11pm on a Friday night so had I time to look through that pile I'd be listing all the individual bits on reTardMe.

Anyone wants it, pick it up. ALL OF IT. Next week if any doleys or student whines about having a shit computer and having no money they'll be politely told to go fuck themselves.
