I think I have come across something that prevents you posting the same picture twice....may be wrong.

You can't embed album photos because they aren't direct links and the [img] tag doesn't like that. You can't reupload to kb because the attachment management won't let you. Upload it to imageshack and [img] the direct link they give you.
