Could we organise a few thousand female riders to "man" the next big protest ride, and could you all wear a blue shirt with a collar?

Colin Espiner is at it now.

His brother was chatting to Hitcher at the BIKEOI.

Just posted this comment:

"Colin. Mate. Have a chat to your brother and let me know if the one of the individuals I was with at the protest ride that he was chatting to could be described as blue collar.

It's absolutely hilarious watching the media categorising "bikers" as "blue collar". 40 year old stereotypes as "fact" expose a gaping hole in your credibility as political reporter, though I will give you that this is a blog and you are allowed opinions. It's just a shame they aren't informed opinions."

Right my pretties, swamp the comments!

Your link goes to the top. Mine goes to the bottom. Colin Espiner is simply reiterating Tracy Watkins' point.

You guys know what to put in the comment field :)

Colin Espiner's a perfect embodiment of "conventional wisdom" in political journalism. Lazy, and obvious. I gave up reading his blog some months ago.

I actually agree with the first bit, but as for the rest?????

Veiled threats of violence by their leader? Who exactly is that again?

I represent myself. It appears I have many friends. I have noticed there seem to be lots of us that have the same

As far as... "inarticulate, probably semi literate and quite incapable of marshalliing a set of ideas to form a logical argumnet" goes?

:killingme etc

Bring it.
