When we were up north we went and had a look at 'Tane Mahuta' (is that the one?), the big mother of a Kauri tree in the Waipoua forest. It was really early in the morning, we thought it would be cool to ride the bikes along the board walk and snap a photo with the MTM's under it....:spanking:
We didn't as a car turned up while debating whether to or not....Pity though, it would have been awesome..:niceone:

Twas a bit "broken" the day I rocked up. Some say it was the 100yr old struts that failed, some say it was the soft mud base that couldn't handle the cranes weight.
I know it was Fatty the Scrambler that passed over it the week before:cool:

Crisis management could fit into that as he says "short arsed skinny white boy"...... :shit:

I thought the Givi on my bike was ugly at first, not quite the ADV set up, but you sure can put a few good things in there for riding. I bet you could too....:) It has stayed on my bike, therefore I find it useful, as you do too...:2thumbsup<!-- / message --><!-- sig -->

I must confess it was awhile ago - I'll have to check with a mate to confirm which it was, i have a feeling we came out at Burnbrae. anyway it's off topic, cause it's a public track, but fun none the less on a big road bike. right, back to the 'naughty' pics, sorry for the diversion..

So the next picture in the series is a wonderful tableau: a still lake, a decrepit wharf, and a couple of handgrips poking out of the water. Sort of like little periscopes.

I guess that would be followed by everyone in the thread posting "Yep - definitely shouldn't be there"! :-)
