Hello all!
I've been a registered user for quite some time now, but have only just started trying to come to grips with the structure of this forum!...I'm suffering from chronic Noobilitus!! ;)
Anyway, since Sat 2 weeks ago I ride a SWWWWEEEET as GSX R-750! OMG, I am so stoked! It is an amazing machine...any amount of reading can't prepare you for the inherent joy these extrude out of the human body!! :D I'm amazed and over joyed!....
Anyway....(breath)
Im in Wellington. Earn my living as a freelance 3D animator and play the bass.
I'm gonna be attending the Track day (merlin = track virgin) on the 7th and also heading up to Wangavegas for the street circut (spectator not partaker!)
I'm always keen for a ride, so drop us a line if the mood takes you.
Cheers
Merlin

Um, can anyone tell me how you know if there is a new post in the threads you started or have commented on?
I'm not normally a forum type-of-guy. Cheers

In any thread, if you click on Thread Tools, you'll get a drop-down with Subscribe in the list. Click that, follow the instructions and then, if you go to User CP, the subscribed thread/s will show at the top of the page. Lower down will be a list of red/green bling that others have given you for posts you've made.
Otherwise, just click on New Posts. The list of threads that appears is all threads that have posts that you haven't read. On the left side is a little envelope icon. If it has a tick in it, that means you've posted in that thread, but other/s have posted since.

Don't worry!...I'm certainly going to look after it, by giving it all and everything it needs to stay porno!
That's the thing with motorbikes....
You thrash 'em, and then you clean and maintain 'em,
You thrash 'em, and then you clean and maintain 'em,
You thrash 'em, and then you clean and maintain 'em...and so on for ever and ever! :)
At the moment I'm learning it's handling characteristics and getting familar with the power band...sofar I'M SO SERIOUSLY IMPRESSED!!!... amazing! my biggest fear is that dropping it, so after the track day on the 7th I'm getting a set of Diablos for the beast. Looking forward to that! :)
