The road in the video is the Grimselstrasse in Switzerland. It runs from the Grimsel Pass down to Meirengen (but the video cuts out just before he gets to Handegg).

I've been over a few of the Alpine roads and the grimselpass pass as well, the roads are engineered incredibly well and the surface is smooth as a babies.......
