:gob:I just did, parked outside the bank and just getting out of the ute when across the other side of the street and down a car or 2 a Tongan lady starts screaming, there was bloody money everywhere,to cap it off its bloody windy here downunder.Unbelievable sight, ran across the road and started picking up $20 notes$100 notes, cars coming up the street had people jumping outta them and bank staff came running out to help.I will never forget the sight of people trying to catch this stuff when a gust of wind caught it,was in the gutters,in bushes:blink:everywhere. After things settled down and there was no more money to be chased we all returned up the street carrying handfuls of the stuff and returned it to the most upset lady, turned out she had gone to the bank to deposit it but arrived a few minutes after they had shut the doors, just about to get back in her car and away it went:gob:Nice thing was she had $9000 when she started and unbelievably when she had a count up she had the lot.The way the wind was i wouldnt have thought she would have got 1/2 it back to be honest.

I once spent a thousand bucks to get blown down the road, well technically around the block, but it was still well worth the money... essentially the same thing!

Yeap thats never a nice thing to happen, watching my 3 grand bike slide down the road.... painful....

watching the tail section rip off.... not cool....

watching it stop sliding 1 metre away from hitting a brand new bmw that was going past.... priceless.

I found $300 on the side of the road when I was in college. Being the honest (read: Stupid) young man I was I handed it in to the police.

I got it back 2 months later :)

More importantly, what the fuck is a Tongan doing in Oamaru? Heaps of em.Theres plenty of unemployed to but it seems that bringing Tongans over to play for the North Otago rugby team is more important to the local freezing works than employing locals.Recently a few of em got there arses kicked out re visas etc.
