Bill asked his driver to take him to Haight Ashbury.
He was disappointed to find there were no Gays there like the other Haight Ashbury .

I think Bill might have been a hippy in earlier times and he now goes to get his short back and sides from a barbers named after the drug and drop out centre of America in the sixties.

I wondered who payed for his hair cut. Us or Bill.

I liked "couldn't attend parliament because of a back injury" too - too bad to sit in a chair all day but not too bad to sit in a Crown Limo and in a hairdresser's chair.

Mrs Oakie and I were watching a story on TV1 News a short time ago about Bill English's driver being in trouble for parking oin a no parking zone while Bill got a haircut. We are both sure that the reporter said it happened "while Bill English got a $70 haircut and blow-job". Did anyone else hear this or are we wrong. I hope that he did say that otherwise I choked on my green curry for no reason. I would have thought $70 was a bit steep for a blow job ... although I suppose not bad if you get a haircut thrown in.
