Happened on this morning's ride:
You get on your new Ninja get a few hundred yards down the road and realise you forgot to do up your chin-strap.
You're at the top of the Rimutaka Hill talking to a couple as they are really taken with the 250R, and when you get down the other side of the hill at your coffee stop you look down and you notice you're fly is undone.
Get home and about to take off Kevlar riding jeans, reach for belt buckle - didn't put belt on........:):)
You just gotta love that bike.;)

Nice to hear you are enjoying the new toy Guy. I had forgotten how much fun a light bike is until a ride on a TZR250. Lots of fun without the need for speed.

You know you're in love with your ninja when it explodes.
Implodes?
Falls over?
Gets stolen?
Turns into a tree stump?
Ends up on Coronation Street?
Pass..........

I loved the new ninja, was really great taking one for a ride. That thing that really impressed me was I could ride it back to the dealer and ask if they had anything with balls

Lol missing the point of motorcycling?
If you think the point of motorcycling is about not having a sense of humour then by all means don't.
Or is it 'your not a real biker if you dont have a ninja attitude' ?
I'm not too sure
Just be aware that not everyone shares your opinion

I enjoy the pace, and the Rimutaka Hill is a real pleasure.

I won't go there Gareth, you having been in the Army and me in the Navy. You probably heard about the 'Dance of the Flammers'

Must have been my wallet, you got to carry some cash when you take the Ninja out for coffee.

Nice work!
Don't worry, the Wellington Traffic isn't that bad. Just thank your lucky stars you don't live in Auckland.
But seriously, slow moving traffic on sh2 is a lot easier and less stressful then riding in the city itself. Half asleep people just pull out all over the show in the city <_<
