Sorry for being such a drama.
But this time last year i was lying in an ambulance waiting to go to auckland central.
strange thing was this time last year my computer had just died...........as has happened this year.
so the bike is staying in the shed this week.....and i rushed off, pinched my mates laptop so i could post this warning.

Funny you should say that. Just found out that a guy who works for us and has been on ACC for a short time decided to go for a ride to relieve the boredom of being off work. On that ride he got collected by a car and is now in hospital and on ACC for a long time while large patches of his skin grows back. Perhaps he took the bullet for a few of us?

oh god its only gonna go downhill from here.
funny thing is while walking round today i did a tally on my arm. 16 near (30mm or closer) crashes in traffic 2day.......on a perfectly sunny day.

Bad vibes myself, this time last year my pc broke down, week after that i was taking a ride on a sunday, and was collected by a car @ 100ks :/

Was up until 4am this morning 'fixing' my pc after it breaking down some time yesterday..

Yeah... its one of those days again.

Random roadworks on both of my routes... almost binned on gravel, and the other was a nice 10min wait.

At two different times, cages infront of me nearly took each other out.. turning into lanes with no indicators etc, and a cop went past me doing 65 in a 50k zone (and all the traffic followed :no: ).

Then I nearly got turned into (very close) by someone who saw me from miles away :mad:

My mad day... weird to see it happening to so many others too!

i went for a ride 2day
and i didnt die (came close a few times). Mind due it wasnt an exciting ride.
My bike died on the St lukes rd, Dom rd intersection so that was a bit wierd. But was only temperary.
But she was a slow and short ride as i didnt want to push any boudaries with the bike gods :msn-wink:
Tristank funny u should have that as your sig, i have just changed my air ram pipes to clear pvc and u would be amazed what cool stuff shoots down there at 100ks :laugh:

Interesting.........I went for a ride yesterday to get a WOF. I don't generally ride in the city but circumstances were such that it was a necessity. God damn, don't you know it, 5 minutes into my ride and I damn near get taken out by a wanker in a................wait for it............. Range Rover (and a second hand import one at that) who decided to swap lanes while I was at his 'B' Pillar. It concludes my theory on F@#king Land Rover drivers. I mean I too drive a 4x4 but not a monumental piece of s%#t like that where my mindset is such that I deem myself to have something far more prestigeuos than the rest of the world. F%#cking W@*kers
