It's good isn't it? 125's go down in price. Why not everyone buy a 125? You could easily wack a bigger motor in it for maximum performance. There was also some hot 125's made for the UK market where they were really popular due to licencing laws.

One option would be a CG110/125 with an XR200 motor. Bolts straight in, just have to grind a little of the frame away by the rear of the engine to allow for the kickstarter shaft mound in the casings.

You can get the Aprilia RS125 which puts out 33hp according to Wikipedia and only weighs 115 kg. This is quite a good power to weight ratio. Top speed is supposed to be 110 MPH! (Thats about 176 Kph I'd imagine) Would embarrass a few bigger bikes I'd imagine.

Not eligible for bucket racing unfortunately, as it is too big. Only 100cc water cooled allowed. Could sleeve it down?

Then again we could all go out and buy a Y2K jet engined motorbike. As it is a jet engine it doesn't have pistons, therefore zero cc piston displacement.

Now that's the kind of lateral thinking I like.
