Hi people.
I am sad to say that im thinking of selling the R1 to buy a new race bike.
Just wondering how much interest there is in it before it goes up for sale.
1999 Yamaha R1, red/white
Arrow Race can (carbon oval), Hyperpro steering damper, PBR race knobs, new set of Diablo's.
Dont know about the price yet, was thinking around 8-9.
Will get some photos up asap.

"Buy" a race bike?
Thought the Ducati factory would be beating down the door mate........
My oppinion, for what it's worth, you'll miss haveing a road bike like fuck. Especially one as nice as yours. Unless of course you're gonna get a Gixxer 1K race bike. Then "power" to ya. :D

why don't you just save the money and race the R1?? then you might be able to get me down the straights!! :killingme
anyways, i am thinking along the same lines and i agree with WT, it could be hard graft only riding every couple of weeks
