Heres where Im at guys.
Ive contacted taupo raceway Today It seems they have decided to allow the $%$%% drifters to have the october date I was after.
As it stands there are only 3 possible dates for the next track day -this year.
sept 3 -a saturday
August 6/7 sat /sun
Dec17/18th sat/sun
Im leaning towards the december date -because reality is the weather is most likely gonna be shite in august/september--as in snowing possibly
would a date only a week from christmas stop you lot from coming?
I need to move fast to secure a place.

december is a fair way off. If people get their act together, then they would have already saved and done their shopping a week or so before. It'd probably be a welcome 'chill-out' period from the realities of chrimbo.. I'd be more keen for that as the weather should be more likely to be on our side. What about (dare I say) pushing it out a bit further, like end of Jan? if that isn't too hot..

*might* even have leathers by then..

hey, if we go down while it's snowing, we could hook a sledge up to a quad bike and fly round!

december would be cool, but i would like to have it earlier... i reckon both months would work well. depending on the numbers to make it viable

yeah i would probably be keen for december, although there could be a nats round that weekend or the weekend before so the racers that are doing some of those rounds might not be able to make it (yeah i know its not for the racers, but you probably want a few to show up).
