ACC investments have appreciated by $500 million in 4 months.
But Mr Goff, citing the latest Treasury figures, said today ACC's investment funds had returned $500 million in the four months to October 31, which was higher than forecast.

I seem to like what he is saying more and more, hopefully this will continue up to and beyond the next election. Maybe if I can get over the way he always talks like a smug bastard he might get my votes.

This is great news for us. But...before we get too excited, we need to remember -
- that it isn't real money. Only if the investment/s are cashed up. Left where it is, it rises and falls at the whim of the markets.
But long may it rise.
