I am looking for a Exhaust manufacturing craftsman to manufacturer an adapter between header and muffler...including O2 sensor fitting and muffler hanger.
I have a header to suit my monster and a muffler to suit the new BMW 1000lined up, ...both will be new from Arrow. I just need a quality craftsman to make the adapter and hanger
Does anybody know of anyone in the Chch area they would highly recomend?

Dunno if this is their sort of work
But a mechanic I know recommended MaGoo Mufflers on Wilson's Road for a bit of work ion my wife's cage - and they made a good job of it

If you're totally stuck I can put you onto the guy that did the pipe work on my SV. He does turbo manifolds etc for ricers as his day job.

Try the guy from Zorsts up at the Engineers camp (Lewis Pass), he has a website I think and he also makes Harris pipes under licence. He does good work.

I'd head out to Autobend Head Office at Vulcan Place. They have the ability to do what you require to a standard that would be acceptable on your fine machine as long as the quality you require is stressed.
They are set up with a mandrel bender (does not reduce or squish the pipe) and all the expanding machinery.
They also supply prebend pipes etc, which if you are handy, can allow you to mock-up exactly what you want at home with a good old hacksaw and tack welder (shit a roll of duct-table to join the pipes will work). Once you are happy with the fitment if you take the mock-up to them they can scan in in their computer and mandrel bend a spiffy stainless one-piece joiner pipe.
Autobend and Magoo are one and the same so a local Magoo will also stock pipes and if you are lucky you'll find a bike guy who may assist. I've got bits and bobs from the one my South City and found them helpful. They also have a good set of photos in the office of custom pipes they have made.
