Perhaps it's time to pay these so called editors a personal surprise visit and explain that their language is no more than governmental propoganda. Might be worth asking them if they are deliberately trying to railroad the public into thinking that there's nothing to see, so that when there is something to see they can report it as bloody disgruntled bikers!

We need to drop the pretence of requiring pre-funding. If you drop that concept there is no short fall.

People constantly forget it is a compensation scheme, not an insurance scheme.

Yep that's right. Imagine the fuss if you had to have the full amount before you could buy your own home.
