NZ is still a clean and prestine environment, and that isn't going to change so long as the bulk of our (tiny) 4+ million people are stuck in the suburbs and cities, not out in the wilderness that the tourists love, so any change to tourism is the fault of these foreign greenies bad mouthing NZ for not changing as much as they'd like, despite the fact that if we don't lower 40% we'd still be putting less carbon out than them.
