CBR250 chain tension

The chain on my MC19 seems a bit loose but I have no idea how to adjust it. Where do I start? Or am I better off getting a mechanic to do it so I don't fuck it up?

Definately do it yourself man, it's the most basic part of maintenance with bikes. Good luck.
