OK its only 2 weeks to go for this years Cold Duck rally on weekend of 14, 15th May.
Anyone from Wellington going up, we will be going up on Sat morning if wanting to travel with us.
Probably be taking the ZX6's, will organise a departure time later. :ride:

Been there done that, even camped on top of the snow & ice, try riding down thru those big heavy frosts. Sorry just realised you live there.

Linda it's about time you started to HARDEN UP I thought you Ducati riders were supposed to be hard, not a pack of girls, as for Hitcher he could just plug in his electric blanket & heater to his ST :msn-wink:

:D You're bikes that is, and was camping near. But never saw anybody whilst passing on thu' :cold: Eh! Clear and frosty, 1800 people all groovin'. I had a great time. 'FM' is the bomb! Pity not more wanted to waste some rubber on the pad tho', those trikes did some good donuts and kept me(& crowd) happy most of the night.Hope you did too.

Yep...it was a good idea to talk Mike into finishing off the tyre on his CBR1000RR, he even got $100 tyre voucher out of it. Apparently smashed the record time of poping a tyre in 18 seconds, top gear on the limiter, pushing towards 300km/hr. The tyre wasnt even all that worn, I would have been happy to do another 1-2000k's on it.
Shame I was encourage to change the tyre in the morning with tyre levers.
And even more of a shame he dropped the blade in the dirt while showing off the the blond he had on the back after many drinks. Fairings are cheap, pride is not so cheap.

The cold duck was great!!
And came away with $100 with the wet tshirt competition. yay 3rd!
and even convinced 2 of my friends to join me it was soo fun.
Did anyone realise that the chick that came 1st was 16? .... unfair
Oh and too bad about the chick that fell off the stage. She broke her arm. None of us knew that that hole in the stage was there. could of been ne one of us.
