Seems unnecessarily cautious to me but I'll post a link just for your information.
http://www.dealernews.com/dealernews/Harley-Davidson/Harley-Davidson-Recalls-112000-Motorcycles/ArticleStandard/Article/detail/647500?contextCategoryId=48447
Article states:
<font color = "blue">Harley-Davidson is recalling certain 2009 and 2010 Touring motorcycles, including CVO Touring and Trike motorcycles, manufactured from June 6, 2008, through Nov. 19, 2009. The potential number of units affected is 111,569.
The front fuel tank mounts may distort in reaction to severe frame damage from a frontal collision. This condition could cause a fuel leak at the weld of the front bracket to the tunnel. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source may result in a fire, notes a government bulletin.
Dealers will install a left and right brace, which are intended to reduce front mount distortion during certain crash conditions. The recall is expected to begin on or about Dec. 14.
