UPDATE: Urgency has subsided, so putting this ad on hold until I can get a warrant / rego for the bike, look out for it in the new year if you're keen :)

Selling this gn250, don't particularly want to but times are tight, I have a company car now and can't really justify more than one vehicle.

Also I sold most of my safety gear recently when I had a financial emergency :(

Bike runs really well, as most GN250s do, as you know it just keeps on going. Was a great first bike and I'd definitely recommend for any beginner as a enjoyable yet safe way to get used to things.

Has some new tires, new battery from about a year ago - bunch of other stuff was done to it (about $1k worth actually) 18 months ago to get it all ship-shape too (I plan to get a print out of what exactly was done from the mechanic as I lost the original but haven't got round to it yet).

Anyway mostly just putting the feelers out at this point to see if anyone's interested, haven't decided on a final price just yet.

Of course the bike is available for inspection / a ride in Kilbirnie. Any evening / weekend, or can be during the day by arrangement.

It's been in my garage for a while and as such the warrant / rego has lapsed (ran out in August). Was looked over by a mechanic recently (Boyle Kawasaki) and had no issues though.

Speedo in MPH and a gear indicator?

Hmm, I'm not sure about the Japanese / American thing.

It DOES have a gear indicator (which again is awesome for beginners who are worried about that kind of thing) but the speedo is definitely in KM/H, not MPH ;)

That is an astounding price for a learner bike.

Somebody is going to get a hell of a bargain.

Best of luck with the sale and xmas mate.

Im in the market for a bike, but i dont like ginnys tbh.

In my opinion mate, you should slap a wof on it, and stick it on tm. you should get more than 600 for it.

he needs the cash, and before xmas too, there's no way to gaurantee that on TM.

I've allready offered to buy someone else's bike.

good luck with your sale, someone is going to be a very happy learner.
