A musician called Dave Carroll recently had a bad experience on United Airlines.
The baggage handlers broke his custom Taylor Guitar, by throwing it around.
The airline refused to compensate him for the damage.
And then the story begins to entertain.
After a year of fighting with them, they still refused to pay up for the damages.

During his final exchange with the United Customer Relations Manager, he stated that he was left with no choice other than to create a
music video for YouTube exposing their lack of cooperation. The Manager responded "Good luck with that one, pal".

So he posted a retaliatory video on YouTube. The video has since received over 5.5 million hits. United Airlines contacted the musician and attempted settlement in exchange for pulling the video. Naturally his response was "Good luck with that one, pal".

Taylor Guitars has since sent the musician two new custom guitars in appreciation for the product recognition from the video that has lead to a sharp increase in orders.

Here's the video....

Bahahahahahaa...... awesome.

Take that, pricks.

A musician's instrument is as much loved as a biker's bike. Mess with it, and watch out.

Haha good on Dave for making them pay! Even if it took over a year.

United? Is that the same airline that crushed Gary Brain's fingers ruining his career as a percussionist with the NZSO?
