RG150 power valve

I have put in new modified valves they work manualy but don't work properly when the bike is running they open at 8200rpm then close again they open and shut off and on till it hits 10,000rpm I suspect its an electrical prob if so how do I fix it?

It seams I've fixed my on problem I sprayed some crc contact spray into the CDI and a couple of days later away she went.
