Ermm mate,I don't think they go back to zero,as far as I'm aware (this may have changed though) getting a 3 month suspension for incurring over 100 demirits does not take it back to zero.
I may be wrong here but I went over my limit wayyy back in the early 90's,3 months on the pushbike...licence back,got pulled up again a few months later,25 or something demirits and another 3 months....can't remember exactly how it worked as thems were my dope smoking days.
Maybe someone here could shed more light on this?
